We’re building two of the most exciting brands in functional beverages: Slazenger Energy Water – the energy drink reinvented; Water Junkie – functional hydration with serious personality. Both are growing fast, and we’re on a mission to disrupt the drinks world with innovation, energy, and standout storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- You'll own our acquisition strategy, turning budgets into results and insights into action. Build relationships with our trade customers.
- Build and launch paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond.
- Budget Management — Take ownership of media budgets and ensure every pound is performing.
- A/B test creatives, targeting, bidding, and formats to drive better performance.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting — Deliver regular insights on key metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and learnings.
- Market Research & Trend Spotting — Stay on top of platform changes, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with content, creative, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging and amplify results.

Who You Are
- 3+ years experience running paid campaigns (CPG/DTC/e-commerce a bonus)
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads
- Bonus points for experience in programmatic or LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills, you speak fluent ROAS, funnels, and dashboards
- Proactive mindset and ability to solve problems on the fly
- Clear, confident communicator who can turn numbers into stories
