Overview

Dear Future Marketing Coach,

We are looking for a Marketing Coach who is highly skilled at helping freelancers implement the marketing plans we create for them. This role is a top priority at 6 Figure Creative as our flagship coaching program, Clients By Design, grows fast. Our mission is to help one person at a time with a 1-on-1 relationship, partnering with top freelancers to solve their #1 challenge: identifying where their next client will come from.

What You'll Do: You will manage a roster of 50-75 clients and help them successfully execute the Continuous Clients Marketing Roadmaps tailored to each client. You will provide feedback on playbook implementation, help overcome roadblocks, and hold clients accountable for completing their roadmaps. You will own your client's success in the program and collaborate with the founder to improve playbooks and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: bring each client up to speed, ensuring they understand how to maximize the program and guiding them through the first 30 days.
  • 1-on-1 Client Attention: help clients progress through playbooks and marketing plans, provide feedback, support, and accountability to sustain progress.
  • Conflict Resolution: quickly resolve conflicts within the client roster so clients are encouraged and taking action toward their marketing plans.

The role requires dedication to client outcomes and the ability to make tough decisions with clients' best interests in mind.

Performance Metrics
  • Monthly Client Retention: percentage of your client roster retained each month
  • Total number of clients on your roster
  • Client Happiness Score: percentage of clients giving a positive rating each month

What Success Looks Like
Over the next six months: 50+ clients on your roster with 95%+ monthly retention.

Targets
  • 30 Day Targets: onboarding new clients and becoming proficient with our playbooks
  • 60 Day Targets: knowledge of playbooks and up to 15 active clients
  • 90 Day Targets: ramp to 25-30 active clients and 95%+ Client Happiness Score
  • 180 Day Targets: 50+ clients on roster and 95%+ retention with 95%+ Client Happiness Score
Team and Work Environment

You will report to Brian Hood, the founder. The team is small and growing; you will be the 6th coach and can expect remote, global collaboration. The goal is to deliver meaningful impact for clients and enjoy fulfilling work.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $65,000-$125,000+ total compensation; salary $55,000 plus variable compensation of $10,000-$70,000+ depending on performance.
