Digital Delivery and AI Lead page is loaded## Digital Delivery and AI Leadlocations: Bedfordshiretime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR-0000006578**Key Responsibilities Digital Delivery & Platform Transition**- Lead the delivery of digital solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with client, compliance and security requirements.- Maintain and enhance existing WordPress-based solutions while guiding the transition to alternative technologies (e.g. headless CMS, custom frameworks).- Collaborate with UX/UI, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive delivery.- Work alongside the in-house development team to plan, analyse and execute web build projects in line with client requirements.**AI Strategy & Enablement**- Reshape and manage digital delivery processes to become AI-enabled, embedding automation, intelligent tooling, and predictive capabilities.- Identify, create and implement AI solutions across The Studio, including productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot), conversational agents, and creative AI platforms.- Ensure alignment with Uniphar’s strategic AI direction, including sustainability, ethical use, and enterprise-grade compliance.- Represent The Studio in the Uniphar AI Steering Group and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure best practice is shared across the wider business.**Team Leadership & Technical Oversight**- Support the Head of Digital with the daily operation of the digital department, working with cross-functional teams to deliver tasks in line with project requirements and timelines.- Work directly with clients to understand product scope, advise on solutions with a focus on integration with their existing tech stack.- Produce technical wireframes, workflows and integration plans working with platform API documentation- Support ops team in converting client briefs to technical project plans.- Mentor and upskill team members as part of AI adoption, driving growth and technical excellence.- Some projects will require you to manage and support external partners and freelancers as part of the wider development team.- Provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices in development and AI integration.**Uniphar Background**Uniphar Group is a rapidly expanding diversified healthcare services business with a global footprint and a proud heritage in Ireland.
