Digital Channel Manager – John Goddard Associates

Join a leading global investment firm as a Digital Channel & Social Media Manager, driving impactful content and engagement across UK social channels. This is a high‑profile role managing LinkedIn and X, aligning with EMEA strategy and supporting senior leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own UK LinkedIn & X content strategy, pipeline, and publishing (5–8 posts/week).
  • Act as primary contact for UK social channels and content.
  • Manage content pipeline.
  • Deliver storytelling for office initiatives, social impact, and regional events.
  • Partner with investment teams to showcase thought leadership and market insights.
  • Produce monthly performance reports and quarterly leadership reports.
  • Monitor engagement, sentiment, and reputational risk using Sprinklr dashboards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in social media management and content within financial services or corporate environments.
  • Strong content creation skills (static, video) and strategic planning ability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated setting.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting (Sprinklr experience a plus).
