Digital and Signposting Coordinator – BrisDoc Healthcare Services

Job summary

As a Digital & Signposting Coordinator, you will provide a warm welcome and support to all patients visiting the Practice, guiding them to the right services and ensuring they feel confident and well-informed. You will assist patients in using digital tools such as self-check-in kiosks, online appointment systems, and NHS apps, while also helping those who may face barriers such as mobility challenges, language differences, or sensory impairments.

Working closely with reception staff, clinicians, and the wider team, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless patient journey. You will also promote health education, support the coordination of the Patient Experience Committee, and encourage patient feedback to help improve services. All work will be carried out in line with Practice policies and procedures, and in collaboration with local community, voluntary, and charitable groups.

Responsible For
