Responsibilities

We are looking for a DevOps engineer to join the team, one who understands the reality of pace and ability needed to build genuine products that scale. Please show success in your past positions.

Qualifications

• Any experience working with tech that is genuinely scaling.
• ComSci or related degree.
• Familiarity with the modern AWS stack (from S3 to IAM, to Cognito, to ECS)
• Reasonable programming ability in modern Python
• Shell scripting
• Extensive experience in modern CI systems, ideally Gitlab

Nice to Have

• Terraform / other IAC
• Deep familiarity with Linux
• SRE experience (on-calls, incident management, post-mortems)
• Nix, ideally with custom derivations, Flakes, and cross-building
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience running in AWS ECS in production
