A PLC housebuilder are looking to supplement their Technical and Engineering department with a Development Engineer and are offering a steady package of early £50,000s plus all your usual large builder benefits, sites close to home and in and around the Greater Manchester area and a business that is performing ahead of expectations in a slow market.

The team are busy and said things are looking very positive after a period of consolidation. You would be office based in West Cheshire spending around 50% of your time there and 50% on site. The guys you'd be working with have been in the business several years, are top fellas with a good reputation and said it's a good time to be joining the business, units are selling ahead of expectations, they're busy, the team is secure and solid, they just need you, a good strong Engineer with a background in housing, to join them ASAP.
