A leading food business in the UK is seeking a Despatch Operative to join their team. This role offers a pay rate of £13.06 per hour, with additional weekend shift allowances. Responsibilities include picking, storing, and documenting products, quality checking, and manual handling in a fast-paced and refrigerated environment. Ideal candidates should have a License or experience with MHE equipment, good communication skills, and a flexible approach to tasks. As a Despatch Operative you’ll music with fresh and frozen meat products, helping to palletise, wrap, store and load products for delivery. You will be working in an energetic, noisy FMCG factory environment that is refrigerated in some areas and processes short–s魚 shelf‑life products where hygiene standards are critical.
