You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant, as well as management of the team. Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant, as well as management of the team.
• Lead by example, be hands-on, and motivate the team to deliver guest-focused service.
