JOB ROLE: Deputy Care Home Manager – Residential Care for Young People

LOCATION: Please note, you are required to hold a Full UK Driving License as this role is based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire (SY3)
Assigned shift structure 39 hours per week (including overnights) £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, additional earnings from £3,000 to £6,000 per annum)

About the Role:
Are you a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager with a passion for supporting children with complex needs and challenging behaviors? We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Deputy Manager to join our Children’s Residential Services team. In this role, you will work closely with the Home Manager and wider team to provide exceptional care and support for young people with a range of behavioral challenges.
You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and nurturing environment, where children can thrive and work toward positive outcomes. Your expertise will help guide and support staff in managing difficult situations, promoting positive behaviors, and fostering personal growth for each young person in our care.
