Qualifications

• Preferred Level 3 Qualification in Engineering – NVQ.
• Good understanding of rail vehicle maintenance.
• Competence Assessor A1 / A2 trained or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
• Support management of depot movements.
• Ensure trains are maintained, cleaned and serviced safely.
