Wigton, Cumbria | Employed role (minimum 3 days per week)
Are you a Dental Therapist who wants to work at full scope, feel genuinely valued, and enjoy a great quality of life outside of work?
We are a modern, forward-thinking private dental practice in Wigton, Cumbria, and we are excited to be recruiting a Dental Therapist to play a key role in our transition to a therapy‑led model of care. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a supportive, digitally advanced environment.

We are actively transitioning to a therapy‑led model, meaning you will be central to patient care, prevention and long‑term oral health outcomes. This is not a token therapist role – you will be empowered, respected and supported to practise to the full extent of your skills.
You’ll be working in a fully digital environment with access to the latest technology, including iTero Lumina and the Align Oral Health Suite, helping you communicate clearly and confidently with patients and deliver outstanding care.
We are a close‑knit, ambitious team who genuinely enjoy working together. We constantly strive to deliver the best for our patients using modern techniques and evidence‑based dentistry – while not taking ourselves too seriously along the way.
Development really matters to us. We invest in our people through:
This role would suit any level of experience. If you’re newly qualified or looking to build confidence, we are very happy to mentor and support your development.
If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, feel supported, make a real impact on patients’ lives – and enjoy living in one of the UK’s most beautiful regions – we would love to hear from you.
