Pay: (£30,202.16 – £34,278.72 actual salary per annum)

Hours: 37 hours per week (8.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday‑Thursday, 8.00 am – 3.30 pm Friday with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break; 39 working weeks per year including term‑time plus inset days, and one additional week in August for GCSE results)

We’re looking for a Data Support Manager to play a key role in ensuring our school imati accurate, meaningful data that drives achievement. You will work closely with the Trust Data Manager and Senior Leadership Team to record, manage and share pupil information, helping staff make informed decisions that genuinely impact young people’s lives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our MIS and assessment systems
  • Collate, check and analyse pupil data to support teaching and planning
  • Support staff with data use, reporting and target setting
  • Oversee baseline data, census processes and end‑of‑year MIS procedures
  • Produce high‑quality reports for parents, staff and governors
  • Work with the Exams Officer on essential data and results analysis
Qualifications
  • Confident with data, detail‑focused and highly organised
  • Experienced in school office or administrative work
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • Able to communicate clearly with staff, students and families
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage your own workload
