You will be responsible for developing a data-driven strategy that supports our organization in making informed decisions. You will analyse our existing processes, devise strategies to leverage data insights, and advise on how we can optimally achieve our objectives in the area of data.

YOUR TASKS

• Mapping our current data infrastructure and flows.
• Identifying opportunities to better utilize data for organizational and customer-oriented processes.
• Developing key performance indicators and metrics that contribute to better decision-making.
• Developing a strategy to analyze player data and behavior patterns.
• Advising on how collected data can be translated into usable insights for marketing, e-commerce, and community management.
• Supporting the definition of customer segments based on preferences and playing behavior.
• Ensuring that all data use is in line with GDPR and other regulations.
• Developing guidelines for ethical use of data in tournaments and events.
• Advising on the strategic use of data to identify future growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive data-driven innovation, such as developing personalized services for players.
• Contributing to the setup of an ecosystem where insights from data lead to new products and services.
• Reporting trends and strategic recommendations to the management team.
• Advising on investments in tools and technologies to improve data management.

WHATYOUBRING

• You have a master’s degree and several years of experience with data.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex datasets.
• Understanding of and affinity with the gaming industry is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
