A healthcare-focused insurance company is seeking a Data Solution Designer to support their data strategy from their Staines or Manchester locations. £69,200 - £82,800 (Neg depending on experience)

You will join the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) in the BGIUK Market Unit, working closely with UK Insurance, Bupa Global, Health Services, Bupa Dental Care and Care Services Business Units (BU).
A key enabler of our strategy is consolidating data from different sources to provide a single, reliable consistent source of data (i.e. reusable datasets) to business teams.
The Data Solutions Designer will work across Bupa business to understand and translate business requirements into solutions that are fully aligned with the organisational, architectural and technology strategies and support delivery to make sure they are implemented correctly. As a Data subject matter expert, you will be responsible for driving best practice, educating Technology and business colleagues on data technologies and delivery, and feeding into Bupa's data strategy.
You will be working as part of an agile multi‑disciplinary squad enabling and amplifying value generated from across Bupa. This role gives you the opportunity to engage with business teams across Bupa and develop the solution designs for creating the valuable, re‑usable domain‑specific datasets that enable democratisation of our data to a wider audience.
