This role is designed for impact: you will be expected to spend time on site for collaboration sessions, customer meetings, and internal workshops.

Responsibilities
  • Define and document data migrations, including source‑to‑target mappings and transformation rules.

  • Contribute to project sprints: participate in backlog refinement meetings and define or refine Jira tickets.
  • Deliver concise progress updates in daily stand‑ups and present summary updates to internal and external stakeholders in sprint reviews.
  • Participate in sprint retrospective meetings to support team learning and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of nested data structures such as JSON, XML, and nested BigQuery tables.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL and data visualisation concepts.
  • Experience translating requirements from operational stakeholders into a technical format that can be directly consumed by an Engineering team.
  • Evidence of being a self‑starter, comfortable working independently and proactively identifying, highlighting and addressing potential issues that could impact delivery timelines.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary.
  • Matching pension scheme (up to 5%) from day one.
  • Discretionary company bonus scheme.
  • 4 × annual salary death in service coverage from day one.
  • Employee referral scheme.

  • Extra paid day off for birthday.
  • Ten paid learning days per year.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Market‑leading parental leave.
  • Sabbatical leave (after five years).
