Ideal candidates will have MRP/ERP experience, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Join a dynamic team committed to sustainable transportation solutions and enjoy competitive benefits including a pension and wellbeing support.
Location: Scarborough
At Alexander Dennis, our vision is to lead the evolution of sustainable on‑road mass transportation and mobility.
We design, deliver, and support market‑leading buses and coaches that help reduce emissions, improve air quality, and keep communities connected. Every role contributes to that mission whether you’re engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers.
You’ll manage and process product engineering and planning changes, ensuring data integrity across production BOMs and supply chain requirements. You’ll maintain Syspro data accuracy, process ECNs, manage material forecasts, and support reporting and KPI creation. This role also involves liaising with engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and compliance with business standards.
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented professional with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems. You’ll have experience with MRP/ERP systems (Syspro preferred), the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and excellent communication skills. You should be methodical, able to work independently, and comfortable meeting tight deadlines.
Because we know that to deliver on our vision, people have to feel supported and inspired:
Impact: Be part of something that’s changing cities, improving air quality, helping public transport evolve.

Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary, pension, wellbeing support, cycle to work scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity benefits.

Quality: We strive for excellence in our products, services, and all that we do.
