Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**Responsibility for the ongoing support of Cencora's global portfolio of Data Centers. Business as Usual (BAU) & IT Supported Projects •Coordinating equipment installs, decommissions and changes •Responding to Incidents, Requests and Change Activities •Coordinating site resources to support break/fix efforts •Manage DCIM and ensure accuracy of inventory •Manage power, cooling and floor/Rackspace •Providing project support •Audit/Compliance •Approving and providing Data Center Access •Emergency Support •Provide after-hours and emergency support (On-Call Rotation) .**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:*** Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.* Extensive relevant Data Centre Engineer work experience.* Relevant certification is required.* Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.* Experience technically leading teams**MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:*** Experience with general IT concepts beyond their primary discipline* Good analytical and problem solving skills* Good interpersonal skills* Effective team player* Good analytical skills with attention to detail* Exceptional presentation skills* Ability to prioritize work load* Technical leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution* Understanding of ITSM# ******What Cencora offers******Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
