Qualifications

  • Degree in Dance or Gymnastics or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience teaching Dance & Gymnastics in UK primary schools.
  • Proven track record of delivering engaging lessons.

Are you passionate about physical education and inspiring young minds? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dance & GymnasticsTeacher to join our team in London. If you have a love for health & fitness and enjoy working with students, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Dance & GymnasticsTeacher
Location: London (Harrow)
Salary: £140-£160 per day

Hours: 16hours per week (Monday-Friday) - Two days per week to be discussed at interview.

LSC are a team of subject specialists who support primary schools across the UK with PPA cover. Our team of educators are dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment for our students.

Role Overview

As a Dance & GymnasticsTeacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective physical education lessons to primary school students. You will create a positive learning atmosphere, encourage student participation, and help students develop their physical skills and overall fitness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
  • Teaching: Deliver dynamic and interactive PE lessons that inspire and motivate students.
  • Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall success.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.
