The Cyber Analytics team currently consists of actuaries, threat intelligence analysts, and catastrophe modelers in London. We are a truly global team working on large multinational clients, collaborating closely with our broking and analytical colleagues in several regions. • The analyst will collaborate with other threat intelligence experts within Marsh McLennan, work with third‑party vendors, challenge assumptions, research, and deduction, and be a core part of shaping and building GC’s view of risk.
  • The role aims to identify, assess, and communicate cyber threats, malicious and non‑malicious attack vectors, attack surface, techniques deployed, prevention and mitigation available, to help (re)insurers understand the cyber risk as well as its accumulation potential and how the cyber (re)insurance industry can tackle it.
We will count on you to
  • Collect and analyse cyber threat data from multiple sources.
  • Produce actionable intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging threats and trends in the cyber landscape.
  • Distribute relevant intelligence to partners and leadership.
  • Support cyber catastrophe and actuarial modelling functions.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives.
What you need to have
  • Substantial experience within cyber threat analysis or intelligence (military, law enforcement, digital terrorism, cyber security firm, etc.).
  • Expertise operating at an advanced level within the field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
What makes you stand out
  • Insurance/Reinsurance experience.
  • Programming experience is highly desirable.
Why join our team
  • Professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • A vibrant and inclusive culture with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact.
  • Range of career opportunities, benefits and rewards to enhance your well‑being.

To support your growth and well‑being, we provide a range of benefits and a flexible work environment that balances remote work with collaborative office days.
