Qualifications

  • Experience in cyber security risk management or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to provide cyber security guidance across design, implementation and ongoing controls.
  • Experience managing third-party providers supporting employee training and education.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrable experience in technical training, awareness programmes or marketing communications.
  • Solid technical understanding of operational and IT risks.

Job Description

In this role, you’ll develop and deliver innovative awareness programmes, training and campaigns that truly engage employees, transforming compliance into confidence and instinctive secure behaviour. Your work will directly reduce risk, strengthen resilience, and ensure that security is part of the way we work at every level. This is a unique opportunity to combine expertise in cyber security, communications, and behavioural change to create lasting impact across the whole organisation.

Your Role will involve
  • Assess human cyber risks and develop targeted awareness programmes to address them.

  • Promote employee engagement and move beyond compliance to foster secure instincts.

These Skills Are Essential

Desirable

Certifications including CRMA, CISA or CISSP.

Working Location

Our hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
