As Cutover Delivery Manager within our Project Delivery community you will lead the cutover planning, operational and business and readiness for a major ERP implementation impacting over 15,000 users. This is a pivotal role requiring strong experience in large‑scale ERP deployments and complex environments. You will manage the planning and alignment of multiple moving parts across multiple functions, ensuring readiness and successful transition from legacy systems and shared services centre to the new ERP platform.

Responsibilities
  • Cutover Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage the detailed cutover plan, including business activities, dependencies and timelines. Coordinate across workstreams to ensure readiness for data migration, business continuity and operational handover.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage senior stakeholders, business and operational leads to align on cutover strategy and critical milestones. Provide clear visibility of progress, risks and issues through regular reporting and governance forums.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with cutover activities, ensuring contingency plans are in place. Manage escalations and resolve blockers to maintain critical path.
  • Operational & Business Readiness: Ensure operational and business teams are prepared for go‑live, including training, communications and support structures. Validate that all operational processes and controls are in place for post‑cutover stability.
  • Shared Services Integration: Support the introduction and operationalisation of a Shared Services model as part of ERP transformation. Ensure alignment of cutover activities with new service delivery structures and governance frameworks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with programme management, technical teams and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment between technical, business and operational cutover activities.

  • Experience in complex, multi‑entity environments, ideally within government or regulated sectors.
  • Experience working on HR and Finance Transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of operational impacts during ERP transitions (Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement).
  • Experience with Shared Services implementation and organisational change.
