A residential construction firm in Scotland is seeking a Customer Services Inspections Manager to oversee inspection works for their Customer Services team. The role requires prior experience in a similar position within housebuilding and a strong knowledge of NHBC guidelines. Responsibilities include managing inspections, handling customer defect reports, and liaising with NHBC for compliance. We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Inspections Manager to join our team in the Scotland East region. The role will see you carry out inspection works for the Customer Services team to ensure quality of all homes prior and post completion and to identify any necessary remedial works across relevant Miller Homes Limited sites.
