We are seeking a proactive individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative located at Watford, Hertfordshire (office‑based).

Salary and Incentives: Starting £25,500 per annum, £26,500 per annum after a 3‑month probation period, plus an uncapped Service Bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with potential clients to provide pre‑onboarding information.
  • Provide educational material to clients in line with CIRO regulatory requirements.
  • Assist clients in initial steps of account set‑up while ensuring all compliance steps are met before full onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with all CIRO regulations and complete necessary regulatory disclosures.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Stay updated on CIRO policies and regulatory developments through in‑house training and external professional development initiatives.
