As a Customer Service Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers, you’ll be the welcoming face of our gaming floor. Your enthusiasm for connecting with people will shine as you greet and attend to our guests, making them feel both valued and entertained.

Your job goes beyond mere interaction; it's about infusing every moment with excitement and care, ensuring that each guest's visit exceeds their expectations. Your efforts will foster a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again.

You’ll create memorable experiences through thoughtful service and a friendly demeanour and will set the tone for a fantastic gaming adventure for every visitor.

Qualifications
  • An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area
  • Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role
  • A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills
  • A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered
  • Ability to speak and understand Arabic is required
