Overview

Customer Service Coordinator – Northampton, NN4. Permanent role. Monday to Friday – rotating shifts: 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm. Salary £26,500 + benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Handling customer orders from all over the UK – ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and clear communication.
  • Answering calls and emails about deliveries, pricing, invoices, product availability, and related inquiries.
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes, posting documents, and keeping track of paperwork as part of the workflow.
What Theyre Looking For
  • Solid admin skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone and in writing.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment and stay composed under pressure.
  • IT savvy – Excel, Word; Salesforce experience is a plus (training provided if needed).
  • Previous customer service experience is ideal, but the right attitude and admin know-how are also considered.
