In this role, you will drive opportunity generation across the existing customer base by identifying, qualifying, and developing sales‑ready leads through multi‑channel outreach. Using your strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and solid understanding of the HR/Payroll market, you’ll proactively engage customers via phone, email, video, LinkedIn, and tools such as Salesforce, Groove, and 6sense. You’ll gather key account insights, map stakeholders, update CRM records, and generate sales‑qualified opportunities using a consultative, value‑led sales approach.

Your Team

Working closely with the Existing Business Team—including Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Account Directors—you’ll collaborate to target high‑potential accounts and support pipeline growth. You’ll partner with Marketing to align outreach with campaigns, maximise engagement, and ensure strong follow‑through on leads. Your ability to work cross‑functionally, share insights, and contribute to coordinated account strategies will help strengthen customer relationships and improve overall team performance.

Your Impact

Your work will directly influence pipeline generation, customer expansion, and revenue growth across multiple sectors. By maintaining accurate CRM data, executing effective outreach sequences, and consistently hitting activity and opportunity targets, you will drive visibility, predictability, and high‑quality demand creation. Your proactive relationship building and insight gathering will help uncover new opportunities within existing accounts, supporting long‑term customer value and advancing the organisation’s commercial objectives.
