What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting opportunity to take care of key customer contacts and drivers and ensure that the highest standard of service is maintained. The role will also overlap into the Accounts department to provide additional support when required.

In this role, you will:
  • Administrate and handle our customer's penalty charge notices (PCNs), along with providing customer PCN management information (Mi)
  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers to deliver the highest levels of service
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of all systems used in the running and administration of the fleet so as to provide an effective and efficient operation
  • Coordinate road fund licence renewals accurately and timely and handle MOT test reminders in a timely manner when required
  • Manage vehicle movements on request and administrate the disposal of vehicles at auction
  • Ensure all phone calls and emails are taken care of promptly and efficiently along with other general administrative tasks
What will make you stand out?
  • Previous experience working in a fleet administration role, demonstrating proficient IT skills
  • Be able to confidently and competently interact with customers, other business units and service agents alike to better ensure that our already strong relationships are maintained to their fullest
  • The ability to work to tight timescales whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone communications skills
  • Good administration skills with experience of Microsoft Excel, good problem solving skills and proven track record to problem solve
