From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.
As a Customer Fleet Manager you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of a portfolio of specialist customer accounts.
This 12-month FTC offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including Account Management, Build and Remarketing, and our Operational teams. Acting as a key day-to-day liaison, you'll bridge the gap between Operational teams, Account Managers, and customers, working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. You'll develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders such as Transport Managers, fleet teams, and internal leaders.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week based in our Trowbridge office.

You're proactive in your approach and quick to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
