An iconic indoor market in Manchester is looking for a Customer & Facilities Team Member. You'll ensure the highest standards in maintenance and customer service while working flexible hours. This role is advertised for 30 hours/week worked Monday to Sunday on a flexible rota (you’ll get 4 weeks notice on which shift pattern you’ll be doing). Please note this is a temporary position, 6 month fixed term contract.
You’ll be working in Afflecks, our iconic indoor market home to up to 70 incredible small, independent traders, designers, makers, creators and retailers of all kinds.
The Customer & Facilities Team Member carries out customer service, maintenance and caretaker duties to uphold the highest standards as part of our service to our traders and customers.
The building is a busy, vibrant environment in the centre of Manchester. Afflecks is one of the most visited locations in the city with thousands of local people, students and tourists entering its doors each week – every day is different and fast paced.
