A leading home builder is seeking a Customer Aftercare Advisor to join their team in Newcastle upon Tyne. The successful candidate will coordinate daily workloads for the Customer Aftercare Team and handle customer queries effectively. Candidates should have experience in customer service, strong telephone and written communication skills, and the ability to analyze data. We are looking for a Customer Aftercare Advisor to join our team in the North East region, based in Newcastle.
This role will involve coordinating the daily workloads and priorities of the Customer Aftercare Techn and supporting the wider Customer Aftercare Team in the day-to-day handling, reporting and resolution of customer aftercare queries.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a customer service environment, a high standard of telephone and written communication and experience of interpreting and analysing data.
