You'll play a key role in supporting existing customers, driving engagement, and helping customers maximise the value of cutting-edge technology in real-world environments.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will sit at the heart of the customer journey. You'll take ownership of existing contacts, coordinate demonstrations and event activity, and act as the main link between customers and the wider commercial team.

Account Manager Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing contacts, maintaining regular engagement.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Coordinate customer showcases, demo days, information releases, and events.
  • Support trial deployments and live demonstrations of autonomous robotics solutions.
  • Assist with customer communications, follow-ups, and account administration.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and capture customer feedback and insights.
Qualifications
  • Genuine interest in engineering, robotics, agri-tech, or emerging technologies.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers at all levels.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple activities and events.
  • Proactive mindset with strong people skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
