Job summary

A global real estate services firm is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform critical environment maintenance. Responsibilities include managing breakdown requests, ensuring documentation compliance, and delivering emergency responses. Candidates should have a recognized apprenticeship, strong technical skills, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a large organization.
• Experience with maintenance of Dali lighting systems.
• Understanding of emergency response/standby/call-out protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance within required SLAs.
• Ensure all critical related engineering maintenance documentation is updated.
• Provide emergency response on-site to manage business continuity planning.

Skills

Technical awareness of computer room/call centre operations

Knowledge of HVAC systems

Competent decision-maker

Ability to self-perform maintenance tasks

Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental issues

Education

Recognised Apprenticeship in Engineering or Electrician qualifications

City & Guilds qualification or equivalent

Tools

Building Management Systems (BMS)

Power UPS systems

Electrical Wiring Regulations knowledge
