We're looking for a Creative Services Manager to develop and steer creative services across our markets and internal engagement activities. Someone who is looking for a stretching creative role working alongside our business leadership to design and deliver creative services that support growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is adept at building strong internal and external relationships with a track record of delivering impactful creative services in agency or B2B environments where there is a focus on high value sales and complex propositions.

You'll have a dedicated and consistent Development Manager to support your career progression. You'll receive regular appraisals and annual pay reviews.
We offer a highly competitive salary (£55,000 - £70,000) and our generous benefits package includes Life Assurance, Income Protection, pension contributions and 28 days holiday (not including bank holidays). We also operate profit share and equity schemes so that our people share in the success of the business. The profit share bonus is based on company performance and typically paid out in March and September.
