Qualifications

• Experience in handling linked and organised fraud desirable.
• Understanding of insurance litigation practices and processes.
• Experience of time recording and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review evidence throughout the life of the case.
• Identify strategic litigation opportunities when appropriate.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all client and internal MI.
