A leading international education organization based in London is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to support M&A activities and growth strategy. This role involves extensive market research, financial analysis, and updating acquisition pipelines. Ideal candidates should have a strong academic background and experience in a deal environment, such as Corporate M&A or Private Equity. This position offers a hybrid working model, with at least three days in the office, and is part of a dynamic and innovative team tasked with enhancing the company's market presence.

In the role of Corporate Development Analyst, you will be responsible for executing Nord Anglia’s growth strategy by providing research and transactional support in the sourcing and execution of acquisition transactions.
