Overview

We are looking for a skilled and curious Copywriter to support our External Communications team. This role is for someone who enjoys interviewing people, developing narratives, and writing clear and engaging copy.

What difference will you make?

You will help drive external communications by creating op-eds, blog posts, and short reports on key themes affecting employers and neurodivergent employees.

  • Ability to write clearly, concisely, and with an engaging tone
  • Curious about workplace trends, DEI, or neurodiversity (no prior expertise required)

What will you be doing?
  • Conduct interviews with corporate members, NiB spokespeople, and subject-matter experts
  • Write op-eds, blogs, and reports on topics relevant to neuroinclusion in the workplace
  • Develop Findings Reports based on roundtables, interviews, and member insights
  • Support identification of emerging themes and topics for Member roundtables
  • Produce insightful, accessible, and engaging copy
  • Ensure consistency of messaging
