• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals and manage daily kitchen service.
• Oversee compliance with food standards and manage menus across the Trust.
• Negotiate with suppliers and monitor food costs.
• Deliver training and appraisals to staff at other sites.
• Ensure operational resilience by coordinating emergency cover.
