A leading engineering firm based in Southampton seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee critical infrastructure projects across the UK. The role demands a strong leadership presence, with responsibilities including managing project teams, ensuring safety standards, and interfacing with clients. Ideal candidates will hold a BEng/HND in Civil Engineering along with a proven track record in large civil projects. The position offers a hybrid working model and various company benefits including a pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
Due to continued growth and project successes, we are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our Energy Division. The Contracts Manager will oversee a portfolio of critical infrastructure projects throughout the UK, predominantly delivering large civil engineering projects on substation and/or compressor stations.
The Contracts Manager will be based at our Head Office in Southampton, visiting sites under your control on a weekly basis. A typical week would likely comprise of 2 days in the office, 2 days on site and 1 day at home.
