A leading engineering firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer – Building Services Maintenance. This role involves managing contracts to ensure safe and efficient delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. You will lead operational resources and subcontractors, plan resource levels, and be financially accountable for projects. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance and 2 years as a Qualifying Supervisor are required. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer – Building Services Maintenance to take day to day responsibility for the delivery of maintenance and small works contracts.
This is a key operational and leadership role within the management team, responsible for ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with the Business Manager, you will manage operational resources, sub‑contractors and technical delivery while supporting commercial performance and continuous improvement across the business.
