What you will do

The vacancy is for a Contracts Administrator at our Hemel Hempstead location. The role ensures continuity and accuracy of service revenue, acting as the glue between Sales/Operations and customers, ensuring that every service agreement is quoted, documented, and invoiced correctly without gaps in coverage.

  • Creation of new support and maintenance proposals, and administration of contracts
  • Update contracts databases and NEV files with contact, financial or service level changes
  • Support with general contracts‑based queries from all departments or customers
  • Support with chasing up contracts and service quotations
  • Contracts invoicing
  • Check with Contracts Manager levels of cover queries where issues appear
  • Day‑to‑day administration
What we are looking for
  • Be organised and detail oriented
  • Have Microsoft Office working skills (Word, Excel)
  • Work well with customers, peers and management
  • Have flexibility to perform different tasks based on day‑to‑day business needs
  • General: Undertake any work of an appropriate nature as directed by Management
