.· Proven experience in process improvement within an office, service, or business operations environment.· Confident presenter and facilitator with experience running engaging workshops, training, or coaching staff in process thinking.· Ability to maintain momentum with project teams who will have absolute deadlines on other projects.· Educated to Degree level (or equivalent experience) minimum. · Experience with process mapping tools.· Exposure and comprehensive experience of working with project management methodologies – Eg PRINCE2.· Experience developing CI dashboards or reporting metrics.· Experience in process improvement within an office, service, or business operations environment.· Experience in using latest off the shelf AI technologies to improve or automate processes would be desirable.We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
