Consultancy Sales Development Representative

Have you just GRADUATED from University? Interested in Sales?

Location: London (Elizabeth Line Nr Stratford)

Salary: £25-30K base + uncapped commission (OTE £40+ Year 1)

Based near Stratford in East London, our client was established in 2019 and has quickly built a strong reputation as a specialist in the digital, product, and technology space. Their experienced team partners with some of the UK's most innovative and fast-growing businesses, supporting high-growth scale-ups and established brands across the tech space such as Funding Circle & Santander.

Their team is looking to hire two driven individuals for a January start! If you have a passion for sales and recently graduated, this role is for you.

Training
  • 2 Weeks intense training
  • Direct training from both founders
  • On the job training & monthly 1-1 appraisals
  • Quarterly workshops with outside trainers & experts

What You'll Be Doing
  • Identify and engage C‑suite executives, founders, and senior decision-makers
  • Build strong relationships with prospects through calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and uncover business challenges, priorities, and opportunities
  • Book high‑value meetings for senior consultants and account directors
  • Craft targeted outreach messages and personalised sequences
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and notes in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with team to support wider sales campaigns
