What you'll do?

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities across corporate, social, charity, and public-sector markets.
  • Manage and grow a strong pipeline of conference and event bookings, achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and conduct site visits to showcase the stadium’s facilities.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotions, and event packages to drive awareness and sales.

Account Management

  • Build long‑term relationships with clients, agents, and community partners.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout the event journey, from enquiry to delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Commercial Performance

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify market trends to inform strategy.
  • Support the creation of pricing structures, packages, and incentives to optimise revenue and profitability.
  • Work in partnership with Hibernian FC’s commercial and community teams to align sales activity with the club’s brand values.
  • Represent the venue at trade shows, networking events, and familiarisation visits.
  • Act as an ambassador for Elior and Easter Road Stadium, showcasing professionalism and creativity in every interaction.
What can you bring?
  • Proven experience in event, venue, or hospitality sales, ideally within a hotel, stadium, or conference environment.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
