Job Description:Job PurposeThis is a unique 12month contract to shape and embed a new function within our team.We are seeking a data-driven and strategically minded professional to join our Human Resources team as a Conduct Risk & Culture MI Analyst. In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and embedding our approach to conduct risk and culture reporting. You will be responsible for designing, producing, and interpreting Management Information (MI) that supports the firm’s conduct risk and culture framework.This is a unique opportunity to influence how we measure and manage conduct risk, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful reporting that informs decision-making and meets regulatory expectations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate across the business to drive data-led conversations and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and MI reports that track conduct risk and cultural indicators.
  • Interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish and manage robust processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Conduct & Culture Committee and other governance forums.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and relevance across all reporting outputs.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, acting as a change ambassador for data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close data gaps and enhance the effectiveness of reporting tools.
  • Continuously improve the MI framework to strengthen oversight and support the firm’s strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience with MI tools and reporting platforms such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing MI frameworks and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of conduct risk management and governance structures.
  • Experience working within a 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) risk framework.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Experience in professional or financial services environments is highly desirable.

  • Ability to define and measure conduct risk indicators and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in presenting to senior leadership.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory expectations (e.g., FCA) related to conduct risk and culture.
