This role is a senior technical position focused on diagnosing and repairing Apple hardware and software, leading the technical team to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.

Position Overview

As a Computer Repair & Sales Senior Technician, you will leverage in-depth knowledge of Apple hardware and software and lead the technical team in diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across Apple devices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient repair procedures to optimise workflow and success rates
  • Train and mentor junior technicians, cultivating their technical growth
  • Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to customers
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain a clean, organised work environment
  • Curate captivating social media content for the company
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of Apple hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in computer repair (preferably)
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a technical support role (preferably)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with motherboard/component repairs (preferably)
  • Confident spoken and written English
  • Candidates must be willing to travel between branch locations at times
Education
  • Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) with 2:1 minimum related to Computing (or similar)
  • Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A-C [Maths, Computer Science, Science, Media; preferably]
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 [Computer Science, Media; preferably]
