A global insurance group is seeking a Compliance M&A Manager in the United Kingdom to lead compliance due diligence for acquisitions. This role is critical in ensuring that compliance frameworks are integrated efficiently and that risks are managed prior to deal completion. We’re looking for a Compliance M&A Manager to join our team and play a vital role in Howden’s continued growth. In this role, you’ll lead compliance due diligence on businesses we’re looking to acquire, making sure risks are identified and managed before completion. Once the deal is done, you’ll take the lead on integrating compliance frameworks, ensuring acquired businesses meet our standards and regulatory requirements.
