The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive Compliance Coordinator to join our Site Services team. In this role, you will ensure all facilities‑related activities comply with internal policies, UK regulations, and health & safety standards. You’ll manage contractors, oversee maintenance tasks, and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

• Oversee contractor management, ensuring adherence to company policies and health & safety protocols.
• Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance with UK legislation (HASAWA, COSHH, CDM).
• Support facilities management, including maintenance and statutory compliance of building systems.
• Carry out risk assessments and implement corrective actions for incidents or near‑misses.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare reports for senior management.
