About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to support a young boy with complex health needs in his own home. He requires 12-hour day and night care due to a tracheostomy and full paralysis. This role involves delivering safe, high-quality care while promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver tracheostomy care, suctioning, and monitoring.
  • Assist with moving and handling using appropriate equipment.
  • Provide personal care, medication, and feeding support.
  • Monitor, record, and report any changes promptly.
  • Work closely with the family and healthcare team to follow the care plan.
