The Compensation Advocate provides advice and assistance directly to members, their families and the wider military community regarding a range of claims and appeals matters with the Departments of Veterans Affairs, as well as responsive immediate welfare support.

  • Preparing and submitting compensation claims under supervision.
  • Working within legislative and policy guidelines to document claims from Veterans.
  • Case coordination – managing and updating client files using record‑management systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
